Future Image, Inc. warrants our remanufactured toner cartridges to be free of defects for a period of one year from the date of purchase. Future Image, at its option, will replace the cartridge or refund the purchase price should the cartridge be found defective in material or workmanship.

Future Image further warrants that under normal use (provided necessary routine maintenance is performed on the printer) our remanufactured toner cartridges will not cause damage, abnormal wear, or deterioration to any compatible laser printer. If a defect in a Future Image remanufactured toner cartridge directly causes a printer to fail, Future Image will, at its option, repair or reimburse the customer for the full amount of all related necessary service and repair.

This warranty is dependent upon the customer promptly contacting Future Image for inspection of the problem cartridge and printer in question. As a factory authorized service facility for laser printer repair we reserve the right to be the first to inspect and repair any possible damage attributed to our product. Should this be impossible, the customer must provide Future image with satisfactory evidence that the printer failure was due to a defective Future Image toner cartridge. Notification must include a written statement on the service company’s letterhead, dated and signed by the company’s field service representative. Return of the Future Image cartridge in question and any damaged (replaced) parts is also required.

The warranty does not apply to any defect caused by negligence, alteration, accident or misuse by the user, including the failure to operate the printer according to the manufacturer’s specifications. Future Image neither assumes, nor authorizes its representatives or agents to assume on behalf of Future Image, any other liability in connection with the sale or shipment of its products. Future Image’s liability hereunder shall be limited to the replacement, refund, or reimbursement as provided above and does not extend to consequential damages.
