When I call to order my supplies from Future Image, I feel as if I am calling up a good friend of mine to help me with my situation. They don't treat me like a client, the staff treats me like I am a friend of theirs. I enjoy it, and I don't hesitate to call them for whatever I need. The staff are very helpful, and are very honest with the toner products that I may have a question about utilizing. They always have an answer for me right away.

For instance, one of our departments was having trouble with their printing machine. A service tech with another company told one of our employees that an OEM toner would have to be used in the machine in order for it to work effectively. I called and spoke with Rita about ordering these toners and she immediately recommended another toner for me to use. I explained to her the situation and she was willing to send one of their Techs over to examine and clean the machine to verify the other techs conclusion. Rita was basically trying to help us save money for our business. Even though we had to take the first techs word on the problem, I really did appreciate the fact that Rita immediately acted to help us!!

Their next day delivery service is awesome!! Future Image is awesome!! I can't say this for every company that I've had to deal with, but I am truly satisfied with Future Image! Good work you guys!!
